How to use: Apply the Intensive Growth Hair Tonic at night before going to sleep. Using your fingers, identify the areas where you wish to boost hair growth; apply a few drops and massage for several minutes until the area is thoroughly saturated with the product. Use 3 times per week for optimal results. Leave it on overnight; the following morning, you may wash your hair if desired. Our tonic is non-greasy, so your hair will remain clean after application.

The Next Morning: Apply the Bio Hair Mask to your hair from roots to ends; it does not matter whether your hair is clean or unwashed.
