How to use: At Night: Apply the Intensive Growth Hair Tonic at night before going to sleep. The Next Day: Routines using the Bio Hair Mask and the Repolarizing Hair Treatment.

• Routine 1: Apply the Bio Hair Mask from roots to mid-lengths in sections—making sure not to miss any areas and then apply the Repolarizing Hair Treatment from mid-lengths to ends.
  Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes, and let the products sit for a minimum of 1 hour (maximum 2 hours).
• Routine 2: "Hair Bomb" (Intensive Boost): Mix both products together and apply from roots to ends; let the mixture sit for a minimum of 1 hour (maximum 2 hours).

Afterward, in the shower:
First, dampen your hair. - Apply the Ceramide Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, and leave it on for a few minutes.
Without rinsing it out, dispense a sufficient amount of the Onion Shampoo into your hands; rub them together, then gently massage your scalp with your fingertips, ensuring no area is left without product. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes.
After showering:Apply the Repolarizing Hair Treatment as a styling cream and detangle your hair.
