SHIPPING POLICY
KATXI is not responsible for packages lost from your doorstep after delivery; the client is responsible for tracking their package and being attentive to its arrival. For this, KATXI will send a tracking number to the email address the customer provided when placing the order.
In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional $7.99 to cover shipping costs.
After your order is dispatched, you will not be able to modify it. None of our products are exchangeable.
